Ask the Governor Named Best Public Affairs Program for 3rd Consecutive Year
/in Ask the Governor, News /by PAMattersRadio PA’s and PAMatters.com’s “Ask the Governor” program has just been honored with the award for Best Public Affairs/Program Series by the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters. This is the third consecutive year “Ask the Governor” has won this prestigious award from the PAB.
The award was presented during the PAB’s annual convention in Hershey on Monday, May 5th.

It would be perhaps the final time the governor publicly opposed all forms of the treatment, as on Thursday he reversed his position on a cannabis oil extract to treat children with severe seizure disorders. The governor also addresses lagging state revenue collections and the ongoing wait for an answer from Washington DC on his alternate proposal for Medicaid expansion dollars.
Also this week, Radio PA’s Cathy Clark interviews a Holocaust survivor as Pennsylvania marks Holocaust Remembrance Week.
