Governor Tom Corbett’s 2014-15 Budget Address

Governor Tom Corbett has delivered his 2014-15 General Fund budget proposal to a joint session of the state legislature. The $29.4 billion plan increases spending by nearly a billion dollars over the current fiscal year.
